  • Acts as TA subject matterexpert for the HRBP and business regarding upcoming organizationalchanges headcount implications and timelines.

  • Together with sourcing partnerprovides forecasts and knowledge about industry trends/benchmarkingbased on LoB future plans.
  • Guardian of NovoNordisk employer value proposition to ensure that NNs propositionis conveyed in a compelling way across the recruitment life cycleand thereby enhance Novo Nordisk employer brand in the country/potentially other countries.
  • Determine allrecruitment strategies for all senior positions. Ensure minimal useof external search agencies and increase utilisation of inhouseproactive search services
