Job Description: We're on the lookout for a Sales Platforms Specialist to join our team, focusing on enhancing User Experience within sales tools.
- Addressing routine support issues and escalating recurring questions to the Sales Platform Leader for future action.
- Collaborating with senior managers for advanced user support and troubleshooting.
- Providing regular updates to the UX team regarding user feedback on specific sales platform features, suggesting improvements, and sharing ideas for enhancing business processes.
- Implementing monthly minor enhancements on sales platforms based on user feedback.
- Leveraging and refining functional excellence practices and Global Sales Enablement tools.
- Working closely with Global Sales Enablement teams to boost tool adoption and drive enhancements.
Bachelor's Degree in Business IT or related field, or equivalent experience, is a must.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar sales tools.
- Familiarity with MS Office PowerBI.
- Prior experience in a sales organization (sales representative/sales support) is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or support is preferred.
