Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, increasing market presence, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation techniques.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products/services to prospective clients.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
  5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and refine sales and marketing strategies.
  6. Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  8. Provide timely and detailed reports on sales performance, marketing efforts, and market analysis to the management team.
  9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build valuable connections within the industry.
  10. Continuously update your knowledge of industry products, services, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the [industry/sector].
  2. A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
  4. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities to close deals and communicate product value effectively.
  5. Sound knowledge of marketing principles, advertising strategies, and digital marketing trends.
  6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  7. Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
