Overview:The InsideSales position plays a crucial role in driving the companys revenueby proactively interacting with potential customers to generate andclose sales. KeyResponsibilities:
  • Manage and respondto inbound sales inquiries and outbound cold calling to prospectivecustomers.
  • Understand customer needs developsales strategies and create compelling salespitches.
  • Build and maintain strong longlastingcustomer relationships through exceptional customerservice.
  • Utilize CRM software to track manageand report on sales activities and customerinformation.
  • Conduct product demonstrations andpresentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiatepricing and contractual terms to close sales and meet salestargets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop and implement leadgenerationstrategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledgeand industry trends to effectively position companyofferings.
  • Monitor competitor products salesand marketing activities.
  • Provide feedback tothe sales and marketing teams to enhance product offerings andoverall customer experience.
  • Attend salesmeetings trade shows and industry events to network and promote thecompanys products.
  • Contribute to thedevelopment and optimization of sales processes andprocedures.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals andobjectives.
  • Handle customer objections andensure customer satisfaction throughout the salesprocess.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or related field.
  • Provenexperience in inside sales telemarketing or a similarrole.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting andexceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills.
  • Strongnegotiation and persuasionabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MSOffice applications.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Understanding of salesperformance metrics.
  • Customerfocused with apassion for sales and buildingrelationships.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpacedand dynamic work environment.
