Lead Generation Executive Upwork

JobDescription:The LeadGeneration Specialist will be responsible for researchingidentifying and engaging potential leads on Upwork. You will createtailored proposals maintain a strong pipeline of potential clientsand develop longterm relationships to increase our businessopportunities. Your role is essential in bringing in new projectsand helping us expand our reach onUpwork.
KeyResponsibilities:
Research and IdentifyLeads:
Search for relevant projects and jobposts on Upwork aligned with our services.
Evaluateclient requirements to ensure alignment with ourofferings.
Identify potential leads by analyzing jobdescriptions client reviews and budgets.
Proposal Creation andOutreach:
Craft compelling customizedproposals that address the client s needs and demonstrate ourvalue.
Ensure each proposal stands out and is tailoredto the client s requirements.
Follow up with potentialclients as needed to move conversations forward.
Relationship Building:
Develop andmaintain positive relationships with prospectiveclients.
Communicate effectively and professionally tobuild rapport and trust.
Coordinate with internal teamsto ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
PipelineManagement:
Track all leads and interactionsin an organized manner.
Provide regular updates onoutreach efforts responses and conversion rates.
Continuously refine the lead generation process based on feedbackand results.
Requirements Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generationideally within freelance platforms like Upwork.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong writing skills with a talent for crafting persuasiveproposals.
Ability to analyze and assess client needsquickly and effectively.
Selfmotivated and able to workindependently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity withour industry or related fields is a plus.
Requirements:
Access to an Upworkaccount (or experience managing company Upworkaccounts).
Proficiency in English (written andspoken).
Strong organizational skills to manage multipleleads simultaneously.
Ability to meet weekly or monthlylead targets.
