Our client is a leading FMCG company in theGCC region. Looking to hire a Key Account ManagerHoreca based inBahrain. Youll play a vital role in our clients organization bymanaging relationships with their key clients in the Horeca/ foodservice industry. Youll be responsible for ensuring customersatisfaction driving sales and maximizing profitability within theHorecasegment.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop andmaintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Horecasector.
  • Understand and anticipate customerneeds to provide tailored solutions and drivesales.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements tomaximize business opportunities andprofitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teamsto ensure seamless execution of customerrequirements.
  • Monitor market trends andcompetitor activities to identify new businessopportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviewswith key accounts to assess performance and address anyissues.
  • Provide excellent customer service andresolve any customer complaints orissues.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans toachieve sales targets and growthobjectives.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams todevelop and implement promotional activities andcampaigns.
  • Prepare and present regular salesreports and performance updates tomanagement.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
  • Proven 7 experience in key accountmanagement or sales within the Horecaindustry.
  • Must be an ArabicSpeaker.
  • Demonstrated success in driving salesand meeting targets.
  • Strong understanding ofthe Horeca industry market dynamics and customerneeds.
  • Excellent negotiation and communicationskills.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Strategicthinking and problemsolvingabilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software andMicrosoft Office suite.
  • Team player with theability to collaborate across functions.
  • Strongorganizational and time managementskills.
