Job Title: Assistant Manager,Quality Assurance

Tech Enabled Services(TES)
Location: Chennai, India
As part of the Tech Enabled Services (TES) Team of Kavi India, the AM performs all activities responsible for ensuring quality of claims worked by Claim Processing Executives (CPE)/ Senior Claims Processing Executives (SCPE).
Responsibilities:
● Conducts internal audits of claims worked by CPE/ SCPE to ensure client & company Standard Operating Procedures and Best Practices are being followed.
● Records QA Scores and escalates variations in QA Scores to Supervisor for review prior to finalising the QA scorecard.
● Analyses periodic and regular individual QA scores and maintain reports database
● Performs root cause analysis and recommends training and other remedial measures
● Provides constructive feedback to CPE/ SCPE based on QA scores on a regular basis.
● Manages Quality Assurance Team members.
● Assists in the creation, development and implementation of Quality Assurance score cards for various areas of the company.
● Trends QA scores and communicates findings along with recommending potential training needs to upper management.
● Assists in conducting complex special client-based audits.
● Supports Supervisor/Manager with special projects and other high-level roadblocks
● This is not a remote position and the candidate will work from our Chennai office.
Education:
● Bachelor’s Degree required.
● Master’s Degree is recommended. Experience:
● Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience
● 2 to 3 years QA related role experience is required.
● Experience in the US or UK healthcare industry OR billing & claims processing experience strongly desired.
● 2+ years of auditing or analyst experience in the healthcare industry can also apply.
● Competent in MS Office Suite and Windows applications.
Skills and Prerequisites:
● Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and exhibit an approachable nature to answer questions from CPE’s and SCPE’s
● Mentor and train people regularly.
● Appropriately handle stress and interact cooperatively with others(at all levels of the organization).
● Ability to handle large volumes of work while maintaining attention to detail.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
● Work under limited supervision, be a self-starter, manage multiple tasks and prioritise assignments within limited time constraints.
● Effectively communicate issues/problems and results that impact timelines for project completion.
● Ability to interact professionally at multiple levels within the organization.
