Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the manufacturing industry, preferably in switchgear or electrical panels. If you have experience in other manufacturing sectors and are eager to learn and grow in the switchgear industry, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned area.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and guidance to customers.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Travel within the designated area to meet clients and prospects, as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-8 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry, with preference given to candidates from the switchgear or electrical panel sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Open to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the switchgear and electrical panels industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
