Weare looking for AssociateDemand Generation wholl work hand in handwith Manager Demand Generation as well as the upper management ofthe Marketing team to drive lead generation programs processes andsystems. Working closely with other teams within the marketing yourrole will be to execute our enterprise demand generation strategyalong with building implementing and measuring new systemsprocesses andcampaigns.
Requirements
- Ownthe complete lead generation & management process from leadcapture to followup and tracking them through the entire salescycle.
- Coordinatewith the prospects and the frontend team to set up businessmeetings/calls.
- Furtherbriefing the Frontend team about the prospect after conductingsecondary research and collating relevantinformation.
- Engagein dialogue to understand client requirements andexpectations.
- Workcollaboratively withSales.
- Teamand obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs generated from marketingcampaigns.
- Trackfullfunnel lead metrics and provide recommendations: program andcampaign investments based on conversionrates.
- Measureanalyses and report campaign performance and deliver weeklycampaign performance briefs toleadership.
- Drivedata capture and management. Provide regular database health checkscleansing andaugmentation.
- Partnerclosely with product marketing and campaign management teams toensure proper messaging timing and execution of oneoff and ongoingcampaigns across email and webpersonalization.
- Usethe latest in accountbased marketing technology to run multichannelcampaigns targeting Innovaccers largestcustomers.
- Knowledgeof Sales funnel and pipelinestructure.

Previous working experience as a Business Analyst for a minimum of3 year(s). Experience in requirements management, backlogmanagement, prioritization, release planning. Experience incustomer management, negotiation, understanding customer voice.Experience working with U.S customers or partners. In-depthknowledge of Agile process and principles. Outstandingcommunication, presentation and leadership skills. Excellentorganizational and time management skills. Sharp analytical andproblem-solving skills. Creative thinker with a vision. Attentionto details. Able to understand the market, the customer and thebusiness to make sound decisions.
