Senior Sales Manager Luxury Real Estate Villas

As the Senior Sales Manager for aluxury real estate firm specializing in villa sales you will beresponsible for driving highvalue transactions managing clientrelationships and leading a team to meet sales targets. You willact as a brand ambassador for the company ensuring premium clientexperiences and helping to shape the overall salesstrategy.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead the sales efforts for luxury villas witha focus on highnetworth individuals (HNIs) andultraHNIs.
- Achieve and exceed monthlyquarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage theentire sales process from lead generation to closing dealsincluding presentations negotiations and aftersalesservices.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships withclients ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
- Understand client needs and preferences to providetailored real estate solutions.
- Offer expertadvice on property investment market trends and legaldocumentation.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead mentor and manage a team of sales professionalsproviding direction and support to help them achieve individual andteam goals.
- Conduct regular sales training andperformance reviews for the team.
- Market Strategy andIntelligence:
- Stay updated with theluxury real estate market trends pricing and competitoractivity.
- Collaborate with the marketing teamto develop effective sales campaigns and strategies.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunitiesincluding partnerships and collaborations.
- Sales Operations andReporting:
- Oversee sales operationsensuring accurate documentation timely processing of transactionsand adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to seniormanagement.
- Utilize CRM software to track andmanage leads client interactions and sales activities.
- Luxury ClientExperience:
- Ensure that the clientexperience aligns with the luxury positioning of the company fromproperty tours to aftersales support.
- Organizeand attend client events property exhibitions and exclusiveviewings to drive engagement.
- Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Work closely with the design marketing andlegal teams to provide clients with comprehensivesolutions.
- Coordinate with propertydevelopment teams to ensure timely delivery and superiorquality.
QualificationsandSkills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing RealEstate or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 810years of experience in real estate sales with at least 5 years inluxury real estate or highend villa sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
- Strong negotiation communication andinterpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding ofthe luxury real estate market and trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiplehighprofile clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Existing network with HNIs brokers and other real estateprofessionals.
