Role& responsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to promote our ChitFund services. Conduct lead generationactivities including cold calling to identify and target potentialclients. Set up and manage daily meetingswith prospective clients. Conduct salesforecasting to set achievable targets andgoals. Consistently outperform sales targetsand quotas through proactive sellingtechniques. Build and maintain strong clientrelationships understanding their investment horizons andpreferences. Provide comprehensiveinformation about our Chit Fund offerings and their benefits topotential clients. Collaborate with the teamto create tailored investment solutions forclients. Ensure compliance with allregulatory requirements in the financial servicesindustry. Stay updated on industry trendsand market conditions to provide informed investmentadvice. Continuously improve productknowledge and sales skills through training andselfstudy. Prepare and submit timely salesreports andforecasts.

QualificationsProven track record of 14 years of experience in Banking FinancialServices and Insurance sales. Strong salesand negotiation skills with a history of exceedingtargets. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Knowledge ofinvestment products and financial servicesregulations. Selfdriven and motivated toachieve and exceed sales goals. Ability towork well in a team and collaborateeffectively. Proficiency in Hindi Englishand Telugu languages.
