Job Description
As the VP of Sales, you will lead and execute the company’s sales strategy. This role requires you to oversee academy sales, online sales and trade sales efforts, focusing on achieving desired sales targets from each segment . You will manage a team of Sales Managers and work closely with franchise owners and their teams to ensure targets are met and exceeded. The VP of Sales is responsible for defining sales processes, creating go-to-market strategies, and ensuring revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and implementation of our sales playbook to perfection.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong sales leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve/exceed revenue targets
Data-driven approach to decision-making with a focus on ROI
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Previous Experience
10+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role
Experience in education related franchise environment  is highly preferred
Track record of scaling businesses and managing a sales
