Presales Executive

As a Field Pre-Sales Executive at Epson, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by delivering technical expertise and driving revenue growth. This position demands a thorough understanding of Epson’s diverse product range, including projectors, printers, and other imaging solutions. You will work closely with sales colleagues to assess customer needs, propose tailored solutions, and provide engaging product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- **Technical Assessments**: Conduct detailed evaluations of customer needs and recommend appropriate Epson products and solutions.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Create and deliver persuasive presentations to highlight the features and benefits of Epson’s product offerings.
- **Customer Visits**: Perform on-site demonstrations and address any technical queries from customers.
- **Sales Training**: Offer technical training to the sales team to boost their understanding of Epson products.
- **Sales Strategy**: Work in collaboration with the sales team to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed about Epson’s product developments, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- **Technical Support**: Provide ongoing technical support during the sales process and throughout post-sales implementation.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with both customers and channel partners.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and performance targets.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field are encouraged to apply.
- **Product Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of projectors, printers, and imaging solutions will be provided through training.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities.
- **Relationship Management**: Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- **Technical Tools**: Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (training will be provided).
- **Transport**: Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
Preferred Qualifications
- **Industry Experience**: Previous experience in the AV (audiovisual) industry.
- **Certifications**: Relevant IT or AV technology certifications.
