Responsibilities
Identifypotential customer targets from enterprise/corporatesegments.Researching key contacts ofArchitects MEP Consultants PMC for CommercialRealEstateprojectsGenerating own leads and takingownership of the sales journey (lead gen toclosure)Apply consultative sales skills (byusing case studies use cases etc.) tobuildrelationships withstakeholdersCreating client demos/presentations quotes/ proposalsProvidingaccurate sales activity tracking and status onCRMA track record of closing deals onmonthly or quarterly targetsWe re lookingfor someonewho
1.Has proven experience of 1 years in IoT and SaaS industry sellingproducts/solutions tovarious stakeholderssuch as the architects MEP consultants and PMCcommunity2. Has experience of workingdirectly with Facility managers consultant architects design&build HVAC consultant lightingconsultant PMC and Specify our productssolutionsgetting necessaryapprovals.3. Willing to work in a 2080environment of office and fieldenvironment4. Has knowledge of the technicalspecifications procurement process decisionmakingcriteria processes used in theindustry etc5. Team player with excellentoral & written communication presentation skills and mustbeable to articulate technology &product positioning to both business & technicalusers.6. Well organized analyticaldetailoriented and qualityminded able to eliminatesalesobstacles through creative and adaptiveapproaches.
