Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for clients based on their objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends, and make recommendations for optimizing marketing efforts.
4. Manage client relationships, serving as the main point of contact and providing regular updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
5. Analyse campaign data and metrics to measure performance, identify areas for optimization, and provide actionable insights to clients.
6. Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and within allocated resources.
7. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field or MBA.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles.
3. Strong leadership skills.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
6. Agency experience is preferred.
Requirements
