**Job description**


Inflexi Technologies is looking to Hire experienced Digital Marketing personnel to join it’s Enterprise Solution Team and handle Organic SEO & Social Media marketing for our oversees clients. Candidates Should be well versed with all digital marketing concepts and strategies and must have practical and proven knowledge about marketing in all the social media platforms as well as Google Ad words and other Internet marketing platforms.


This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Inflexi Technologies. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication. The role will involve creating and implementing effective marketing strategies, analyzing data to optimize campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results and enhance brand visibility. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.


**Roles & Responsibilities**


- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-impact keywords and phrases for optimization.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including Google and social media marketing with expertise in Facebook Ads,Handle the entire digital marketing to bring direct website conversion.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experienceacross multiple channels and customer touch points.

- Conduct link building campaigns to improve website authority and searchengine visibility.

- Monitor website traffic, rankings, and conversion rates, identifying areasfor improvement and making recommendations for optimizations.

-Conduct ongoing research and analysis of industry trends, best practices,and emerging technologies to stay up-to-date on the latest SEO strategies.

-Provide regular reporting and insights to internal teams, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.


**Requirements**


- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field.

- Atleast 1 year of experience in SEO, with a focus on optimizing website traffic and conversion rates.

- At least 1 years experience in optimizing PPC campaigns to drive quality leads.

- Proficiency in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization(SEO)

- Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, GoogleSearch Console, Semrush and Ahrefs.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify key insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously ,and prioritize effectively.

- Experience with link building and content planning to support SEO efforts.
