Drushti Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, is a growing company with a strong presence in both the offline market in Odisha and the online market across PAN India. We operate across various verticals, including Super Stockist & Distributor of FMCG brands, trading of gift & handicraft items, Security & Facility Services in Odisha and our own brand ‘Drushti Premium Incense sticks’.
Intern Responsibilities
Conduct daily market visits to generate orders and foster relationships with potential customers.
Engage in direct-to-customer (D2C) and direct-to-business (D2B) sales activities, promoting Drushti Premium Incense Sticks.
Assist in market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends.
Support the sales team in generating leads and maintaining customer relationships.
Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
Attend client meetings and sales presentations to gain real-world experience.
Help organize and execute marketing events, trade shows and promotional activities.
Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including data entry and maintaining customer databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts.
These responsibilities will offer interns valuable hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of marketing and sales operations.
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern for Drushti Business Solutions Pvt Ltd at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in sales and sales management
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Previous training experience is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
Remuneration
Remuneration will be based solely on performance during the internship period. This is a paid internship.
