Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of BSL's vision, mission, objectives, and products.
  • Assist in introducing BSL's programs to educational institutes in your designated area.
  • Serve as a representative of BSL, engaging with institutes from initial collaboration to session completion.
  • Coordinate joint meetings and training sessions for interns, if applicable.
  • Manage logistics related to equipment deployment and retrieval from institutes.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of sessions as per schedule.
  • Collect feedback from students and institutes to continuously improve session quality.
  • Collaborate with both institutes and interns to organize team-ups and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Handle payment collection and documentation for services rendered.
  • Provide regular reports on activities to the central office.
  • Demonstrate leadership mindset and problem-solving abilities in day-to-day operations.
  • Adhere strictly to guidelines and standard operating procedures outlined in the Intern Handbook.
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions organized by the central office.


Qualifications:

  • Graduation/Engineering or MBA in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new concepts periodically.


Selection Process:

Stage I: Basic Screening: Initial screening of application/cover letter followed by the viva voce with the candidate for the right fit with the position.

Stage II: Technical Screening: A short period of on-field training assessment to determine strong technical background to join our team, with a focus on performance optimization and problem-solving skills.
