Role Description

There is an internship opportunity for a Marketing Intern at Palladium Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, under one of its projects involved in entrepreneurship development across Odisha. This is an On-site role, and the intern will be placed at the client location, Bhubaneswar along with frequent travels to project districts. The Marketing Intern will be responsible for tasks related:


  • Identify new market players/BDS providers related to Retail, Handicrafts and handlooms and other value chains and facilitate MoUs with them.
  • Map mentees as per their requirements and connect with potential buyers.
  • Increase sells and overall Turnover for mentees through various transactions on E-commerce platforms (MEESHO, Amazon and others) as well as with other bulk buyers, retailers etc. – (Business growth should be manifested in Nos.)
  • Facilitate Social Media marketing of mentees – as per business – Create Insta/FB business pages and generate traffic through regular engaging posts.
  • Connect with YouTube Bloggers and facilitate videos shoot of mentees, especially related to Food businesses, Hotel, fast foods and cloud kitchen.
  • Facilitate
  • Google business accounts, Product catalogues, Business/Visiting card, Letter Heads and other key business promotional activities.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by Project Team/reporting officer.


Educational Qualifications: Pursuing MBA in Marketing or Rural Management (or any other relevant specialization)


Duration: This would be a 2-month internship starting from 25th September 2024


Other Benefits & Perks: It will be a paid internship and upon successful completion of the internship, a certificate of completion would be provided by Palladium India.
