We are seeking an experienced and strategicAssociate Director of B2C Marketing to lead our consumerfocusedmarketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven trackrecord in developing and executing successful B2C marketingstrategies across various channels. The Associate Director will beresponsible for driving customer acquisition retention and brandloyalty through innovative marketing campaigns andinitiatives.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • StrategyDevelopment: Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketingstrategies to drive customer acquisition retention and brandloyalty. This includes developing targeting messaging segmentationand positioning strategies.
  • CampaignManagement: Lead the planning execution and optimization ofintegrated marketing campaigns targeting consumers. This includesdigital marketing social media email marketing influencerpartnerships and other relevantchannels.
  • Customer Acquisition: Drive customeracquisition initiatives through targeted marketing campaignspromotions and partnerships. Develop and implement strategies toattract and convert new customers.
  • Retentionand Loyalty Programs: Develop and execute strategies to enhancecustomer retention and foster brand loyalty. This includesdeveloping loyalty programs personalized marketing initiatives andcustomer engagement campaigns.
  • ContentCreation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compellingB2C marketing collateral including website content blog postssocial media content and email campaigns.
  • DataAnalysis and Optimization: Utilize data analytics and insights tomonitor campaign performance optimize marketing initiatives anddrive continuous improvement. Analyze key performance metrics andprovide actionable insights tostakeholders.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignmentof marketing initiatives with overall businessobjectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentora team of B2C marketing professionals providing guidance feedbackand professional developmentopportunities.

Qualifications:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in B2C marketing with a strong trackrecord of success in developing and executing marketingstrategies.
  • Strong understanding of B2Cmarketing principles tactics and bestpractices.
  • Experience in mention relevantindustries or consumer segments.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively across teams and influencestakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data and draw actionableinsights.
  • Proven leadership experience with theability to motivate and develop a highperformingteam.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a focus ondriving measurable businessimpact.
