Main Responsibility and Activities:
- Coordinate and manage the Managing Director's busy calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events ensuring efficient use of time.- Handle all aspects of the Managing Director's travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.- Assist in creating MD-related content such as financial sheets, presentations, and reports as needed.- Assist in managing the Managing Director's relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and contacts within your network.- Provide support for the Managing Director's personal activities such as health management, purchasing, and other personal errands.- Prepare and deliver regular reports to the Managing Director on various activities and projects.
Education Qualification & Skills Required:
- Bachelors in commerce or equivalent from a top university- 2-5 years of experience in sales/admin/finance/marketing.- Very good computer skills.- Very good command in two Indian languages as well as English.
