The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive team’s schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the executive team’s schedules and calendars, ensuring all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Preparing reports and presentations for the executive team
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and events
- Conducting research and providing support as needed

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software programs

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
