**Job Description - Personal Assistant**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Ø Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

Ø Corresponding with costumer complaints and queries.

Ø Clear the costumer complaints while communicating with the concern departments and also sending required documents to the costumer.

Ø Explain briefly about our company product to the new enquired costumer.

Ø Take notes from the management and same will be convey to the other departments without missing a single word.

Ø Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.

Ø Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.

Ø Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.

Ø Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.

Ø Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.

Ø Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes of the senior management.

Ø Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.

Ø Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing mail and courier services.

Ø Observing best business practices and etiquette.

Ø Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.

Ø Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.

Ø Handle requests and queries appropriately.

Ø Take dictation and minutes.

Ø Produce reports, presentations and briefs.

Ø Devise and maintain office filing system.

**Personal Assistant Requirements**:
Ø Qualification required Diploma/BE in Electronic & Communications, or BSc.

Ø Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.

Ø 2 to 3 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.

Ø Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ø Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.

Ø Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.

Ø Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.

Ø Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kannada, English & Hindi.

Ø Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Ø Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Ø Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Ø Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Ø Discretion and confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
