Associate Director Customer Retention Management

Job Summary (On Site)
We are looking for “Associate Director – Customer Retention Management” with expertise in the Web Engage platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing customer retention strategies and campaigns that drive engagement and increase customer lifetime value. The candidate should have a deep understanding of customer journeys and psychology, as well as strong analytical skills to evaluate and represent data.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer retention strategies and campaigns using the Web Engage platform.
- Analyze customer behavior data and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- Design and implement customer journeys and workflows that improve engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
- Segment and target customers based on Purchase behavior & demographics.
- Evaluate and represent campaign performance data to demonstrate the impact of campaigns on customer behavior and engagement.
- Implement and optimize WhatsApp Marketing funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in CRM or retention marketing.
- Proficiency in the Web Engage platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of customer journeys and psychology.
- Experience with customer segmentation and targeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
