JobBrief:


Weare looking for a Head of Sales who can take charge of our salesteam and who is enthusiastic about working in a fastpaced highgrowthcompany.


Thisrole would be part of the B2C sales function for ensuring targetenrolments are achieved for our courses (India/Internationalbusiness).


Reportingdirectly to management the role would expect driving new customeracquisition and motivating sales teams to perform beyond targets.Work experience with Edtech isrequired.



JobFunction:


  • SalesTargetAchievement:

    • NewCustomerAcquisition

    • Conversionof leads received through various marketingchannels

    • Directmanage and coach sales counselors in the team and generate revenuethrough direct sales andtelesales

    • Deliveringtargeted top line as per the business plan by meeting salestargets.

  • SalesStrategy:

    • Developingand implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & otherpromotional activities for various products to achieve targetedsales

    • Understandthe student s requirement and pass on the insights towards theproduct improvement based on the student interaction /feedback

  • TeamManagement:

    • Managingteam of 30 salespersonnel

  • Trainingon calls/sales pitch/objectionhandling

  • Settingteam targets and ensuring they areachieved

  • Ideatingfor crossselling andupselling

  • Strategizingand planning incentive structures based on targetsmonthly

  • Recruitmentand selection of new team members interviews andhiring

  • ReportingandAudits:

    • Continuousmonitoring of team members basis performancemetrics

    • Reportingthe overall performance of the team on different parameters likeweekly/biweekly revenue per salesperson average revenue per salespersonetc.

    • Regularaudits to be conducted in LeadSquared (CRM) (LS) to ensure properlead utilization by teammembers



Requirements

RequiredExperience andQualifications:


  • 10years of work experience in sales

  • Musthave managed a team of 20

  • Excellentcommunication and managementskills

  • Deepunderstanding of conversionrates

  • Strongsales orientation and customerfocus

  • Workingknowledge of CRMs and Sales automationtools

  • Mustbe proficient inMSOffice

  • Greatobjection handlingskills
