This is for a hyper growth Portfolio Company in the FMCG - Daily foods bakery, based in Mumbai. We are looking for a Head of Sales who can drive their expansion across retail - GT and MT. The company is rapidly scaling and we need the function to put the co. on the map. The company has rapidly scaled to 100+crores and on route to scale to a dominant player in the business.
As a Head of Sales, you will be responsible for effective and efficient distribution of the company's products. Currently the business is highly skewed to Quick Commerce and early work has been done on the GT and MT side. We are looking for someone to create a hybrid distribution to expand the footprint.
