Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Specialist to join our team at Expertia AI. As an Enterprise Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our innovative HR Tech solutions to enterprise clients.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven track record of 4 to 6 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS sales or HR Tech industry
  • A go-getter who has strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex client requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level executives
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies and best practices
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and target enterprise-level clients, including large corporations, for our HR Tech solutions
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, actively pursuing leads and converting them into opportunities
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns to drive sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals consistently
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to the management team
