Job Title: Enterprise Sales Director


Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Director to drive sales efforts within the Global Market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with enterprise clients, and achieving revenue targets. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, strong initiative, and a passion for exceeding expectations.


Key Responsibilities:



Business Development:


  1. Prospect, identify, and qualify potential enterprise clients, understanding their unique business challenges and needs.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create targeted sales strategies and campaigns for the enterprise segment.


Client Relationship Management:


  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving requirements.
  2. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, and address any issues promptly.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of products/services to clients.


Sales Execution:


  1. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our solutions and address client needs effectively.
  2. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with enterprise clients.
  3. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth in the enterprise segment.
  4. Manage junior sales team members and SDRs.
  5. Ability to coach team members on the sales


Market Intelligence:


  1. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  2. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client requirements and market demands.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Sales Director in the US Market.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
