Overview:The CoFounder(Sales specialist/Edtech) plays a crucial role in driving the salesteam to achieve and exceed targets contributing significantly tothe organizations revenue and growth. They are responsible fordeveloping and implementing sales strategies managing clientrelationships and leading a highperforming salesteam.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop and executestrategic sales plans to meet and exceed salestargets
  • Lead train and motivate the sales teamto achieve individual and teamobjectives
  • Identify new business opportunitiesand develop strategies to acquire newclients
  • Build and maintain strong longlastingcustomer relationships
  • Manage and report onsales activities trends and results to seniormanagement
  • Collaborate with marketing todevelop and implement promotionalactivities
  • Negotiate and close major deals withkey clients
  • Analyze and understand competitiveactivities in the marketplace
  • Regularly reviewand optimize the sales process andperformance
  • Represent the company at industryevents and conferences
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager orin a similar role
  • Demonstrated success inleading and managing a highperforming salesteam
  • Strong understanding of sales principlesand techniques
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRMsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability toanalyze data and translate it into actionablestrategies
  • Demonstrated ability to drive thesales process from plan to close
  • Proven trackrecord of achieving and exceeding salestargets
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolvingskills
  • Ability to travel as needed for clientmeetings and industryevents
