:The Car Lease Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of car lease performance and ensuring a smooth process for rental billing and vendor payments. This role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders including leasing partners, RTO authorities, car dealerships, employees, insurance companies, and auditors. The Coordinator will also play a key role in assisting employees with car insurance claims and addressing any inquiries related to car lease contracts. The individual in this position will need to stay organized, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
1.Monthly Reporting: Prepare and manage monthly reports on car lease performance for management.
2.Rental Billing: Review rental billing invoices to ensure smooth payment process. Address any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
3.Vendor Payment Processing: Generate purchase orders in Coupa Software for vendor payments related to car lease operations.
4.Lease Document Management: Execute and manage all necessary documents with leasing partners, RTO authorities, car dealerships, and employees.
5.Lease Maturity: Coordinate with leasing vendor once car lease is matured. Arrange NOC (No Objection Certificate) and issue ownership transfer papers (form 29, 30, and letter to RTO).
6.Insurance Claim Processing: Coordinate between insurance company and employees to process car insurance claims. Prepare claim sets as required.
7.CLC Queries: Align calls and meetings with SE employees to address queries related to Car Lease Contracts (CLC).
8.Auditor Collaboration: Synchronize with auditors to provide all relevant information according to their standards and requirements.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience in car lease operations, ideally in a coordination or administrative role.
2.Familiarity with rental billing and vendor payment processes.
3.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
4.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
6.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to car leases and insurance claims.

Proven industry experience
Are you a degree holder with three to five years’ experience in facilities management? Do you have a solid background in helpdesk operations and strong working knowledge of occupational safety?
