Job Title: Administration Executive

Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Gurgaon

**Salary**: 2-3.5LPA

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

2. Assist in the coordination of office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

3. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

5. Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.

6. Maintain contact lists and update internal databases.

7. Provide general support to visitors.

8. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

9. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

10. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

11. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.

12. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.

3. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

4. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).

5. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

9. Discretion and confidentiality.

10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
