  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Track market trends, policy changes, and competitor moves.
  • Represent company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 6–10 years in solar sales or business development (rooftop/distributed preferred)
  • Proven track record of closing 100kW+ rooftop projects
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Strong industry network and channel partner connections
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and solar sector regulations
