A dynamic and growing recruitment agency specializing in connecting top-tier talent with organizations is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Associate to join the team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will help expand business, develop client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients, including companies looking for recruitment services, by understanding their hiring needs and pitching tailored recruitment solutions.
  2. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the recruitment industry.
  3. Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.
  4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  5. Proposal Development: Create and present proposals and service offerings to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits of our recruitment solutions.
  6. Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by securing new clients and growing business from existing clients.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure successful delivery of services.
  8. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline, and client feedback to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, in the recruitment or staffing industry is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance/remote environment.
  • Experience in generating leads through various channels, including cold outreach and networking.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
