Business Development & Community Engagement Associate (Remote, commission-only)

We're hiring a sharp, self‑driven Business Development & Community Engagement Associate to develop and fill a qualified pipeline.

Experience
:

4+ years in B2B or direct sales or business development.

What you'll do
:

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new business.

  • Build and manage a repeatable outreach process (email, LinkedIn, events, referrals).

  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and community members to drive upsells and referrals.

  • Represent the brand in online communities, events, and partnerships.

  • Collect feedback from calls and community to inform product, content, and partnerships

Must-haves
:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or quota targets.

  • Comfortable running outbound (cold emails/DMs, LinkedIn, light calling) and managing inbound leads.

  • Experience building and managing a small book of business or territory.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
