Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in the rooftop solar market.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including residential,
commercial, and
industrial clients.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to design tailored solar solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure a smooth transition to the project
execution team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual
targets.
- Build partnerships with real estate developers, architects, and corporate clients for
bulk
installations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate high-
quality leads.
- Provide insights on customer pain points to create targeted messaging and content.
- Utilize digital marketing, social media, and offline channels to attract potential
customers.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions to expand market reach.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-
term
engagement.
- Gather feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
