Position Overview

We are hiring two motivated and results-oriented Virtual Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong convincing and sales abilities, and must be able to understand and speak fluent American English. This is a remote position, but you must be available during US Central Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage potential and existing customers.
  • Present products/services effectively with a persuasive approach.
  • Handle objections confidently to close sales or schedule appointments.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone during all interactions.
  • Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and call targets.
  • Follow company call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in American English (neutral accent preferred).
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience (min 1 year) in call centers, telemarketing, or customer sales roles (preferred).
  • Ability to actively listen, build rapport, and maintain professionalism.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Must be available to work during US Central Time.
