**Position: Intern Call Center Executive (Lead Generation) Female**
- **Duration**: 3 months internship
- **Location**: Hyderabad
- **Salary**: Competitive stipend with potential for permanent role and salary increase based on performance

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating leads and setting up appointments for the sales team.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through proactive cold calling and follow-up communications.
- Utilize scripts and sales tactics effectively to engage potential customers and communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Collaborate with the Doctor and patient teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a call center or sales role is a plus but not required.
- Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
