Responsibilities:

 Conducting outbound sales calls to potential customers with the aim of generating leads and closing sales.

 Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.

 Following up on leads and inquiries through email, phone, and WhatsApp to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

 Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer

satisfaction and retention.

 Providing product or service information, pricing details, and quotes to interested customers.

 Collaborating with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.

 Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales

transactions in the CRM system.

 Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new sales opportunities.

 Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

 Contributing to team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to continually improve sales techniques and performance.

Qualifications for the BDE position include:

 Proven experience in sales (preferably in the Ed- tech industry).

 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.

 Strong understanding of Ed –tech industry training concepts and trends.

 Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

 Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
