Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans to expand business in the botanical extracts and supply chain sector. 
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. 
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. 
- Negotiate and close high-value deals and contracts in line with company objectives. 
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategy. 
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements. 
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence. 
Qualifications –
- Strong Sales and Negotiation skills. 
- Experience in Business Development and Relationship Management. 
- Knowledge of the Botanical Extracts and Supply Chain. 
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. 
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities. 
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
