Role Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations across all Otso outlets and production facilities, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs efficiently, consistently, and profitably. This individual will be responsible for managing teams, optimizing supply chains, implementing process improvements, and maintaining the brand's commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and supervise daily operations across locations to ensure consistent brand standards.


• Oversee inventory control, supplier relationships, and procurement of ingredients.


• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics.


• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to optimize efficiency and quality control.


• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting for operational performance.


• Oversee training and development of staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.


• Collaborate closely with marketing, HR, and product teams to support new menu rollouts and promotional initiatives.


• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and customer feedback.


• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain all necessary certifications and permits.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.


• Proven experience in multi-unit management and scaling operations.


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and food safety standards.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
