Role Overview:-

Redcliffe Labs is seeking a highly skilled
Operations Manager
with a strong background in
diagnostics operations
—specifically in
Phlebotomist Operations
and
Logistics Operations
within diagnostics companies. The candidate must have hands-on experience in data handling, dashboard creation, Google Sheets, and Excel. The role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional capable of supporting senior management and ensuring tasks are completed within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across diagnostic operations.
  • Handle large data sets accurately and maintain proper records.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Create automated reports and trackers using Google Sheets and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Advanced Formulas).
  • Analyze operational and logistics data to identify trends and support key business decisions.
  • Support the Manager in planning, monitoring, and executing operational activities within set timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including phlebotomy, logistics, and lab operations.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of all data.
  • Oversee compliance and quality benchmarks specifically related to diagnostic operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Mandatory:
    Candidate must be from a
    diagnostics background only
    .
  • Experience must be in
    Phlebotomist Operations
    and/or
    Logistics Operations
    within diagnostics companies.
  • Strong command over Google Sheets and MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in preparing dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in operations, MIS, analytics, or related profiles.
