Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager from the coffee industry who can take charge of day-to-day caf operations, team management, vendor coordination, quality control, and process optimization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in specialty or premium caf operations, understands coffee workflows, and can scale systems smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Store & Operational Management

  • Oversee daily caf operations across outlets in Gurgaon.
  • Implement SOPs for brewing, service, hygiene, and guest experience.
  • Ensure store readiness, operational discipline, and smooth workflow.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage baristas, supervisors, and support staff.
  • Conduct training on coffee knowledge, equipment handling, and service etiquette.
  • Manage shift planning, attendance, and performance reviews.

Quality & Standards

  • Maintain consistent product quality (espresso calibration, brewing recipes, taste checks).
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot operational gaps.

Inventory & Supply Chain

  • Manage inventory levels for coffee, milk, packaging, and store consumables.
  • Coordinate with roastery and vendors to ensure timely supply.
  • Reduce wastage and improve cost efficiency.

Customer Experience

  • Monitor customer feedback and drive improvements.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure a welcoming customer-first environment.

Financial & Reporting

  • Oversee daily sales reports, petty cash, and cost controls.
  • Track KPIs like AOV, wastage %, labor cost %, and outlet performance.
  • Support management in budgeting and forecasting.
