Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Manager – VAPT
with a proven track record in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across diverse environments. The ideal candidate must hold an
OSCP certification
and possess deep technical expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities. The role involves managing VAPT projects end-to-end, mentoring teams, and working closely with clients to enhance their overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute
    end-to-end VAPT engagements
    for applications, networks, cloud, and infrastructure.
  • Perform
    manual and automated penetration testing
    using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Prepare and review
    detailed technical reports
    , risk analysis, and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide
    strategic guidance
    on improving clients' security controls and best practices.
  • Manage
    client communication, project timelines
    , and deliverables effectively.
  • Supervise and mentor junior security analysts and team members.
  • Ensure
    compliance with organizational and industry security standards
    (ISO 27001, OWASP, NIST, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest
    security threats, tools, and attack vectors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years
    of hands-on experience in VAPT and offensive security.
  • Mandatory certification:
    OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional).
  • Strong understanding of
    web application, mobile, network, and cloud security testing
    .
  • Proficiency in using tools such as
    Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus, OWASP ZAP
    , etc.
  • Experience in
    scripting and exploit development
    (Python, Bash, PowerShell preferred).
  • Strong
    analytical, reporting, and client communication
    skills.
  • Proven ability to
    lead security assessment teams
    and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Advanced security certifications (e.g., OSCE, OSEP, CEH, GPEN) are a plus.
