Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the operations and sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Analyze performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with the International management teams to align on business goals and performance.
- Manage process training, performance reviews, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in travel sales and operations management (international travel domain preferred).
- Strong understanding of GDS systems (Amadeus preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven record in sales growth, team management, and operational excellence.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and deliver results.
