
Business Strategy Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Strategy Manager to join our consulting team focused on advising companies across diverse industries on growth strategies and scaling their business and revenue. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact strategic advice to clients looking to accelerate revenue growth and operational expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic engagements with clients to identify revenue growth opportunities, market expansion, and business scaling initiatives.
- Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to develop pragmatic, actionable growth strategies tailored to client-specific challenges and goals.
- Conduct in-depth market, competitive, and financial analysis to generate insights that inform client recommendations.
- Design and present comprehensive business frameworks, growth roadmaps, and business cases to executive teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure holistic strategy development encompassing sales, marketing, operations, and finance perspectives.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and emerging business models to proactively suggest innovative growth approaches.
- Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with client teams to align on growth priorities and implementation plans.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants and analysts in delivering quality work and insights.
- Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and delivering consistent value.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business development, ideally with a focus on growth and revenue scaling.
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex business problems and develop actionable solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing client engagements from problem definition through solution delivery.
- Experience working with diverse industries and company sizes is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Indian languages is a plus.
