Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area for a Business Development Representative. The day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, conducting inside sales activities, and identifying business opportunities. The role will require working closely with the sales team to achieve business development objectives and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients effectively
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue and achieve targets
  • Ability to analyze and identify business opportunities while working in a collaborative environment
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
