Key Responsibilities:
B2B (Travel Agents & Partners):
- Make regular outbound calls to travel agents across India to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Promote resort offerings, new packages, and seasonal promotions to generate more bookings.
- Handle agent inquiries regarding room availability, tariffs, and special requirements.
- Provide quick and accurate confirmations to agents to strengthen trust and credibility.
- Follow up with agents on tentative bookings, cancellations, and payment updates.
- Maintain updated databases of travel agents and generate reports on agent-wise business performance.
B2C (Direct Guest Reservations):
- Attend inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from individual guests.
- Provide clear and detailed information about rooms, meal plans, packages, facilities, and promotions.
- Suggest upselling opportunities (upgraded rooms, meal plans, activities) to maximize revenue.
- Ensure guests receive prompt responses and support throughout the booking process.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism.
- Assist guests in pre-arrival arrangements to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
General Reservation Duties:
- Manage 50–100 calls per day (inbound and outbound) with accuracy and professionalism.
- Update reservations into the system with all details including guest preferences, billing, and agent references.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Accounts, and Operations teams to ensure bookings are accurately executed.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports for reservations, cancellations, and agent/guest interactions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets set by management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries quickly and effectively.
- Stay updated with competitor pricing, packages, and market trends to remain competitive.
