Job Responsibilities :-

  • Good knowledge of incoming material receiving process (Domestic and Import).
  • Incoming material verification with respect to Vendor invoice.
  • GRN Creation and offer material for inspection within TAT.
  • Knowledge of disposition for short/damaged material.
  • Manpower handling in shift (Approx. manpower 8-10).
  • Get acceptance from supplier for short material with short evidence.
  • Local Vendor rejection disposition as per process within define TAT.
  • Daily Intimation of import shipment receiving to internal taxation department by mail.
  • Vendor invoice submission to finance for payment processing within TAT.
  • Maintain 100% stock accuracy (System vs Physical) by adopting the defined process
  • Ensure daily perpetual counting and Monthly cycle count after receiving the counting plan.
  • Maintain good 6S in store and close the NCs raise by auditor.
  • Comfortable with working in rotational shift (Day and Night)
  • Kit preparation according to reservation and stock transfer posting (reservation posting).
  • Kaizen and ideas for improvement.
  • Finished good dispatch to mother warehouse through Stock transfer invoice.
  • Knowledge of working in ESD environment.
  • Maintain Self life material with ageing.
  • Knowledge of issuing material as per FIFO.
  • Knowledge of processing chip label material through MES.
  • Receive and issue SMT Components by manufacturing part number.
