We are seeking a dynamic Senior Accounts Executive to manage our financial operations and compliance. The role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end accounts and finance functions, ensure statutory compliance, and contribute to business growth.

Experience: 5-7 years

Job Type: Full-time ( Work from Office )

Work Location: Delhi (Okhla)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance Management


•Oversee day-to-day financial operations including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), reconciliations, and bookkeeping.


•Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of transactions.

Finalization of Accounts


•Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures.


•Prepare and finalize Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements.

Taxation & Compliance


•Handle GST reconciliation and TDS compliance.


•Prepare and file returns for GST, TDS, and Income Tax.


•Coordinate with tax advisors, valuers and fund administration teams for compliance and audits.

Banking & Coordination


•Liaise with banking relationship managers to facilitate financial transactions.


•Support external audit processes as needed.

Required skills and qualifications


•Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar accounting and finance role, with a preference for experience in Fund accounting


•Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, with strong Microsoft Excel skills being a must.


•Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and solve complex financial issues.


•Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and senior management.


•Education: A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting is standard. Professional qualifications like CA , CMA also preferred
