Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Visa Executive located in Noida. The Senior Visa Executive will be responsible for managing and executing the visa application process for international students, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Key responsibilities include providing accurate visa-related guidance, preparing and reviewing documents, coordinating with clients and consulates, and overseeing case progress to ensure timely submission and approval. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements and building relationships with relevant stakeholders to streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of visa processing, documentation, and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with students, consulates, and other stakeholders
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and applications
  • Proficiency in office tools and software required for documentation and record management
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred
  • Prior experience in the education consultancy industry or an international student support role is advantageous
